The Coronavirus outbreak is impacting all of our lives but for some it is more than a disruption – it is a severe restriction on their ability to access food, medicine or other essential services.
Our support group will allow those most vulnerable and those who are stuck at home, who do not have a network support group, to access the essential help they need. If you are an individual or you know an individual who is in need of help, then please contact us as soon as possible.

If you are residence in another area and looking for some telephone support, then we can still help.
If you’re feeling isolated, lonely or anxious, perhaps because you are unable to leave the house and do not have anybody else to talk to, then you can access our Befriending Service.
Just contact us via one of the methods given above to let us know that you would like to have a chat with someone. We will ask for a few details from you and then refer you to one of our volunteers who will get in touch with you.
UK Emergency Support Services is available to support community groups within the Northamptonshire or Milton Keynes and North Buckinghamshire areas. Perhaps you are inundated with requests for help and don’t have enough resources to meet the demands?
We would like to help local groups to support their communities when this is needed. If you are a community group and would like some support from our volunteers, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Our helpline number is 0330 133 0050 and is open between the hours of 09:00 and 20:00.
Callers will be connected to a friendly volunteer who will be able to discuss the support you require and will work to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
