UK Emergency Support Services (UKESS) provide nationally accredited first aid and specialist first aid training. UKESS deliver bespoke courses that are truly tailored to the client’s needs, taking into account working or activity environment, type of business or activity, staffing numbers and skill levels, service users, members of the public and more.
Training does not need to be boring and UKESS pride themselves on providing interactive, engaging and fun, yet informative courses that combine both theory and practical elements in a way that meets the needs of delegates, empowering them to get the most out of each course.
Courses are delivered by professional and experienced trainers with ‘real life’ industry experience in providing patient care. All courses are delivered in accordance with the latest UK Resuscitation Council Guidelines and with a syllabus that meets the high standards of the awarding body.
Course options are available for both Accredited and -non-accredited certificates, meaning that if you just want to do a short course to update your skills or to learn specific topic areas, UKESS can provide a bespoke sessional training plan with an in-house certificate; alternatively, they can provide the full accredited courses that are required for your specific role.
Course topics include First Aid at Work, Paediatric First Aid, Activity First Aid, Anaphylaxis Management, Oxygen Therapy Administration, Catastrophic Bleed Control, Automated External Defibirllators (A.E.Ds.) and more. For a comprehensive list of both accredited and -non-accredited courses, including a fact sheet for each course, visit the ‘TRAINING’ section of the UKESS website (www.ukemergencysupport.org), or get in touch to discuss your training needs.
